Did you unlock the armor set? You can use the armor that makes her invincible. You need to tell which part you're having trouble the most. Is it the part where you have to open the gate. Remember you can shine your blue light at them to have them stop so you have some room to move around them.

Just keep trying. Try to avoid being near more than 1 at a time. Shine the light to stop them. There are places where you should consider leading them away so it takes time to catch up with you. There's the bit where there are bells to ring so you'd want to ring those as quickly as possible. Later you'll return as Leon to kill them and get the treasure. The grandfather clock puzzles are solved by reading notes. I noticed that on hardcore and above the clue is written in roman numerals where as standard mode gives you the standard numbers. There are many places where you can evade the knights by crawling through gaps.
