Chicago Sweeper in Separate Ways
Beat Pro with S rank, showed it being unlocked, started a NG+ and it's not in storage. The merchant doesn't have it for sale either. Is this a bug?

You have to buy it from the extra content shop under bonuses.

I did, it was already unlocked with Leon years ago. After beating SW on Pro with S rank, it was also unlocked for Ada but it's not showing in her storage.

Those are two different guns. Leon gets M1A1 variant while Ada gets M1928 with a vertical grip and a drum mag. You have to purchase it for Ada separately.
