Resident Evil 4 remake does not start with the final version of Windows 11 24H2.

Reading online, they seem to attribute the cause to anti-cheating or anti-copying systems such as Denuvo. It seems that Capcom has to release an official patch, I don't think it's fair that I can't do a Windows update because a recent game doesn't work. The demo works because it's not protected by anti-copying systems....(this according to some) I wonder if Capcom is aware of this problem and if they will release a patch soon.

You're reading fearmongering garbage.

It's an issue withe the crash reporter. Delete that and the dll and the game works fine.

Yes you are right in fact I also have Streetfighter 6 and the game starts quietly under Windows 11 24 H2 of those I have and use regularly the only one that does not start is Resident Evil 4 remake.
I hope Capcom is aware of the problem and will release a patch.

OK I understood that, delete those files and it starts...but I simply wanted to know if anyone had any information on an official patch...for the simple fact that it must be so...a legitimately purchased game must work normally, not with supposed home-made solutions....
