Game won't launch in Windows 11 24H2 (SOLVED)

Hi ,
I have updated Windows 11 OS to the latest version (24H2)
unfortunately, the game can't be opened, in the taskbar "re4.exe" appears but the game still doesn't open

is there a solution?

This actually worked both on my desktop and on my ROG Ally where I'm using 24H2 Windows 11 Pro. I guess it serves me right for using "preview" Windows builds on my main gaming devices. 24H2 doesn't bring any improvement for gaming but I like big build numbers so I decided to install it.

Hello. I have a problem about the game. I've played it without any problems for 200 hours. But now there is a problem like my screen is tearing apart and corrupting. The captions are not visible, in game colors and other things are tearing. I can't find any solutions. Can anyone help me please?

This actually worked. How did you figure this out? I’m on the new windows platform and I have all my drivers updated and it wouldn’t work until I did this.
