About the Weapon Exclusive Upgrade Ticket.

I am about to buy the game, are the weapon exclusive upgrades be obtained normally in-game? or do I have to buy the Weapon Exclusive Upgrade Tickets?

You can earn one in the game about 1/3 in by doing side quests. It's just a ticket meant to bypass exclusively upgrading your gun early on whether you earn the one via side quest currency, or buying the microtransaction. It's not important of an item because you can eventually buy the exclusive upgrade naturally once the gun is fully upgraded.

You can actually get 2 in the game. But, you'll have to do pretty much every side quest and don't spend the spinels on anything other than the tickets.

You're right, though, you can get the same thing after fully upgrading the gun.

However, these tickets make a run on a professional difficulty significantly easier in the beginning of the game.
