I pity every single console player that wants to plat the game. Controller is absolutely awful here. That said. There will always be a couple of guys that hate themselfs saying " controller is fine ".. so try it out for yourself.
Both are viable.
Since it's a shooter (I mean you have guns), m&k are the most optimal.
Still, it does support dualsense so controller is doable too like PS2 but basically prompts are b&w which is imo better.
Not stuttery but it feels a bit off but it could be by design.
Only kind of janky thing about keyboard is the break free of grapple QTE button mash. Works fine on the controller, but doesn't always register my button presses on my keyboard unless I changed it to hold in the settings. In return, keyboard and mouse tend to make the shooting range much easier imo.
