how did ada become infected? (spoilers)

since the trailer SHOWED she was infected, i dont need to hide that fact.

how did she become infected? it isnt really shown when or how.

When you encounter the big guy directly at the start she gets hit by some of his toxic spew / blood.

not exactly. i assumed the beginning fight but thought that was weird as i didnt see anything other than a little acid hit her.

I must recheck the scene but I think there was a little rip in her cloths and a wound visible and the weird vision shortly begins after that.

yes there was blood and a wound
and from the way this was presented and it being a trope of movies and games it was pretty clearly this being the cause of her infection

i find the one part weird. i don't wanna spoil too much but remember how she cured herself of the parasite? if you didnt get there i wont spoil but if you did, that part stands out to me as strange

Plus she fact that these things "cannot be removed" unless you perform painful surgery.

Then the way Ada contracts and cures herself is outrageously out of character with the rest of the story..... that's too bad

Adas is infected by a unique parasite which is exclusive to U-3 (Pesanta)
You can also find a Document which states, that the removal of the parasite by normal means is impossible. It further states, that the only chance to survive is to kill Pesanta herself since any parasite spawned from her will die shortly after her death.
