How to get the messing Gold and Brown cases and charms

Actually pretty PO I can't get these. I bought the deluxe edition thinking it had all the DLC. If I knew that the these where included in the pre-order I would have brought it. I typically do not pre-order games. Now I feel like I have a incomplete game. Do you think they will make it so you can get the gold and brown case. I'm pretty mad that they would soft lock me out of contact on a game that I payed $70 for buying it at the time they released it. Now normally I wouldn't care about this since typically pre-order content is cosmetic. But not having the ammo charm, the green herb charm, and the gold or leather case is actually game play changing and since these perks will change your run.

WTF Capcom why are you doing your player base dirty like this.

These items were incentives to pre-order and are a way of saying thank you to the people who pre-ordered the game. If people who didn't pre-order get them then it will be like CAPCOM spitting on their face after lying to them.

Plus they are not as game changing as you think.

These are all bad items you shouldnt take anyway. I for once am mad that there is no default case that gives no bonus.
