Not several years ago. The RE1 Remake is from 2002. What you're probably thinking of is the face lift/remaster of that same remake from 2015.

There is a whole new generation of gamers, who got introduced to the RE universe by these new remakes from the last few years, that basically don't know Wesker as a character. So I also think a new Remake of RE1 would be nice.

I think Jill and Ada's designs were well done and didn't see anything wrong with them. Now the one thing I didn't like was how criminally short RE3R was and how much content was cut. Now that was a wasted remake there imo.

Hopefully no co-op. Kinda ruined it for me with bad A.I that is constantly wasting ammo and die a lot.

hopefully they keep coop but design it in a way you can play in singleplayer and still enjoy it

They just released the PC port of the first TLOU game and nobody's complaining about that. Pills. Now.
