~Edit: The merchant is also referencing his tasks not treasures
Castle got pretty good design feature in that all of its areas are connected and you can freely backtrack. Island though, you can backtrack once you're in chapter 15, so if you missed one treasure at the campsite it's gg.
The castle is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fantastic, and being able to backtrack freely is a very nice design choice
Funnily enough, I only make 1 save slot, which bit me in the ass when my save got corrupted yesterday and had to start all over again. I got past Krauser and everything too (^:
I know he does, dont think he did at the mine. Then again im dyslexic so I prolly didnt even notice if he did lmao.
Just checked, he doesnt tell you here.
I have like 10 save slots, I just didnt notice till I was near the end of the castle, and Id rather not go back and play it, i might try, but prolly not worth the time.
ended up doing it, just felt like I was back longer cuz of the amount of treasures I needed a key for to go back was like two, along side request you get at the end of the mines. Its like 10 minutes or more of it. Plus I did play along the lift ride :^) but thats like 20 minutes total, i forget how easy and fast things are when youve done it once.
Too bad I missed a dropped item from that big guy in the horde-mode fight in the villa, as the cutscene started just after I downed it. In the original the fight just ends, in the remake you're forced to move on and can't go back from that point on. Bruh...
