Chapter 13 Glitch/Bug

Playing Chapter 13 on Hardcore, there is no power being supplied to the door near the room with the merchant. I have the Keycard upgraded to level 2 from the Freezer room, I'm supposed to go to the Incubation room next. I've tried switching the power between the two areas countless times and neither side allows me to open the keycard 2 door. It always says there's no power no matter what. Am I missing something or am I just screwed out of completing the entire game?

I'm having this exact issue. Does anyone know of a fix?

I reloaded an earlier save and that did the trick.

Well I cant even get the 1st door to keycard #! open. I did just like the power grid shows and nothing. Game is stuck, this sucks....I cant move forward. I dont have previous saves as I just overwrite the last one....what to do now?

Playing on PS5 and encountered this. I can't open the door due to it saying no power. Anything I can do? Or do I have to quit the game?
