Then you would know that this here Remake is better.

The remake replaces the OG, easily. EASILY. It might be the first one since the RE1 remake that does it so flawlessly.

The only really cut content is U3 and that looks like it'll be added to inevitable Ada dlc. RE3 remake is the game that is in need of modding to replace the bucket loads of cut content, there is no comparison.

I love the GameCube version but best version is the Wii. Using remote for targeting and nunchuck for knife was such a game changer.

Wii version is the most nerfed version in terms difficulty. Not the experience the creators originally intended.
