Mine equipping glitch

Anybody else not able to equip mines using the bolt thrower? I've tried using both the controller and keyboard and i can't equip mines at all. WTF is going on?

They're abit finicky but on controller I believe you click sprint (L3) while aiming to put it on (assuming they're in your inventory), but you also have to do it for each shot, it won't stay in mine form

i know but i literally can't switch to mines at all, and i'm at the cabin and literally need them to progress because i'm struggling. And i have 5 mines in my inventory. I literally CANNOT equip them, it's literally glitched out. I can't be the only one this has happened to.
