How do I get Leon's jacket back?

is there a ganados running around the village with it on in this one like in the original? i dont remember seenig one but i coulda overlooked it

Yeah I never understood why they gave Leon that jacket only for him to lose it shortly later

That Ganado only appeared in Separate Ways. We will see if we get to meet him again when the DLC for the remake inevitably hits.

Only way then would be to use WeMod's "Unlock All Extra Content Shop Items" cheat and then purchase it from the shop (after using the "Edit CP" cheat as well if you don't have enough).
Of course, this also unlocks everything else for purchase right away. So if you want to unlock the weapons and other stuff yourself, well...
