Lack of a remake for the original RE game

So, did everyone see Re2 remake and go "wow this is amazing" and forget that the first Resident Evil game still has no remake? That is the reason that the zombies even existed and they still did not remake it? The original game was so bad with the cameras, so remaking it only makes sense but I guess the developers do not care about showing the start of the virus.

Before going here and saying "they already made a remake" please consider looking up the difference between a remake or a remaster OR just look at this Re4 and then look at the old one
Remake - An overhaul of the entire game and changing the story but keeping all of the core elements from the original
Remaster - Making the graphics of everything look better (hence why the version everyone calls a remake is just an HD remaster)

The original PSX Resident Evil game already has a remake. And I highly doubt they'll remake a remake just to have an over-the-shoulder perspective. The RE Remake is as flawless as a classic remake comes so it most likely won't happen.

That remake was also widely ignored by most of the world much to the horror of the creator as it is his favorite RE game on top of being his personal favorite remake.

You do realize that a REMAKE and a REMASTER are 2 different things? A remake changes the entire game but keeps the core of the game usually the core is characters, guns, enemies. What you said is a remaster which is changing the graphics and keeping everything the same. You are entirely wrong and the fact that you came here to tell me about a remaster not knowing the difference between the 2 is sad.
Consider looking up the difference next time? Save everyone the trouble of having to explain it to you every time you are wrong.

What you see on this game....This is a remake. Does it play just like the original? No, it does not. Look up the difference before commenting.

Before you dismiss people as not knowing the difference between a remake and a remaster, you should look at the actual game you're talking about.

The original Resident Evil was already remade. Nikki already said it. The version on Steam is the Remake. It is a totally different game made from the ground up. It is not a remaster. How old is the OP?
