In the REmake, Ada decides against giving Wesker the Las Plaga Sample, which he used to make Ouroboros. I mean, he might still get it off her by other means, but the way it looks now it seems like that part at least was retconned.
And if so, where will Chris punch boulders then, considering that at least is still canon according to 8.

Um. No. Even in the original, Ada delivered a fake to Wesker and gave the real Master Plaga sample to her employers.

Plagas ended up on the BOW black market anyway, as Damnation showed.

I always thought "The Organization" was Wesker, but that part must've flown completely over my head. Where was this said?

Ah completely forgot about Damnation having Las Plaga, mostly just remember that one guy controlling lickers against Tyrants.

Maybe she sold it to Tricell instead of delivering it to Wesker. Thats why he'll be working with them in RE 5

Didn't he use Tricell way before, though? Far as i know he joined them after faking his second death.

I think as Electric Cupcake said, he probably got it off the black market. Now, how the Las Plaga ended up there would be interesting to know.

But other players are Tricell, WilPharma (before they were absorbed by Tricell), Alex Wesker, the FBC (before they were shut down and integrated with BSAA), Il Veltro, etc.

I stand corrected then. But honestly, where was it stated that Ada gave him a fake? I played all of the games aside from Outbreak Files (Yes, even played Gaiden), and watched all the animated movies, but can't recall that ever being mentioned.

Then again, could also be my smooth brain not remembering it.
