The Degenerates of Resident Evil and Their Perversion Worse Than Any Bioweapon.
I gotta say I'm pretty pissed about how some Resident Evil fans treat the characters like sex objects. I mean, I remember back in the day when gaming magazines would give out posters of Ada or Jill Valentine, all sexualized and ♥♥♥♥.

I'm not trying to start any drama here, but it really bothers me to see so many players complaining about not being able to see the characters' underwear, and even more disturbing is the massive amount of players flooding Resident Evil forums with pornographic content.

It's freaking scary, man. Like, do they not realize how damaging that kind of stuff can be? Especially to younger players who might stumble upon it? And it's just disrespectful to the creators and the hard work they put into these games. It's like they're reducing these badass female characters to nothing more than objects to fulfill their twisted fantasies. It's not okay.

While I understand that people have different tastes and preferences, it's important to recognize that treating characters as mere objects of sexual desire can be harmful and disrespectful. It perpetuates the idea that women in particular are nothing more than their physical appearance, and it can contribute to a toxic and sexist culture within gaming communities.

I know that some people might argue that it's just harmless fun or that it's their right to express themselves in this way, but I would encourage them to consider the impact that their actions can have on others. It's important to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all players.

It's important to be clear that objectifying and sexualizing female characters in video games can have a negative impact on young players, particularly those who are still developing their sense towards others. It sends the message that women are primarily objects of desire, rather than complex individuals with their own agency and worth.

It's not about being "politically correct" or "censoring" content, it's about recognizing the harm that can be caused by perpetuating harmful attitudes and behaviors towards women. And it's not just about the impact on young players, but also on the broader culture and society we live in.

As adults, we have a responsibility to be mindful of the messages we are sending to young people, and to be willing to challenge our own assumptions and biases. It's not easy, and it may require us to confront some uncomfortable truths about ourselves and our society. But it's a necessary step if we want to create a world where everyone, regardless of gender, can live free from objectification and harassment.

So let's be clear: it's not "immature" or "unmanly" to reject objectification and sexualization of female characters in video games. It's a sign of maturity and respect for oneself and others. Let's encourage a culture that values women for their full humanity, and not just their bodies.

At the end of the day, we can all enjoy the Resident Evil series without resorting to objectifying the characters. Let's focus on the great gameplay, story, and overall experience that the games offer, and leave the sexualization behind.

That's exactly what you're trying to do.

When you care so much about objectification of fictional characters that don't exist, which you yourself co-opted as if they represent real women, that says more about you than the people you're trying to ♥♥♥♥ on.

Its nice you think about others, but at the same what you write feels like you want to impose something to others.

I rather they creep out fictional characters than real women, but that's me. Have a nice day.

BTW this is a M rated game... so there should not too young people around here.

Narcissists like OP thinks his opinions on such thing matters so much, as if we don't have anything else about the game to talk about, not even a week after the game's release.

No one cares. I'm going to nude mod for this post alone.

Try ignoring them, it solves the problem a lot better then making topics like this does. You're only going to stir up drama with this, and everyone knows you're doing it because you know it would stir up drama.

I assume you are talking about younger players playing violent video games

I think it's about time people go to the support threads and suggest the total removal of getting points from awards entirely. It's overly abused in these discussion posts on just about every single board.

The removal of earning points from them would hugely impact the number of threads like this since they no longer gain any benefits from making them.

If young players are playing this game the parents have failed at parenting. So no, removing sexual content from a violent game like this should not be done for the sake of protecting children. Also claiming you are sexist for looking at video game panties is as solid as the good old "playing shooter makes you violent person" argument
Looks like we are regressing again in regards to video games ...
