you don't need the charms anyway. just use the ones that you get that are applicable to your situation and don't worry about min/max on a singleplayer game.
Just get good, don't go the easy way out.
I could easily beat the game without using more charms than what I have. But good charms are fun, and it sucks to spend time on earning good scores at the shooting range only to get something absolutely useless in return. It's a singleplayer game, so why program in a mechanic to make it so you can't even reload to try again?
If the box contained no repeat and prioritized rarity properly, I wouldn't have any issue because you would eventually get all of them. As it is, you could grind forever just to get the last one you're missing.
1. All Silver Coins
2 Two Silver, One Gold
3 One Silver, Two Gold
4 All Gold Coins
Order of the coins does not matter
What you can do is save your coins. Make a save. See what sequence of charms each pool gives you. Then re-load the save and you know what sequence of charms each pool gives you. Just pick from the pool that gives you the charms that you prefer.

Doesn't sound like they are fun at all. Are you having fun? Doesn't seem like it.
