Can you stack grenades?
I have 3 grenades stacked, but all the other grenades use a slot for 1 each

They arent stacked. The number you see is the hotkey you set.

Damn I did the same mistake, thought the rest was not stacking and it was some sort of glitch.

Still wondering if there's a recipe for the frag grenades in this game, or is it only heavy grenades?

You can stack burgers in McDonald's, I don;t see why grenade stacking would not work.
