I imagine in a month or so, maybe a few weeks, they’ll list it for purchase. That’s usually how i’ve seen games do the preorder dlc release for purchase

A lot of games have preorder dlc come out later as premium dlc for non preorderers. Kinda the new norm

well I haven't seen such case, at least not on Capcom games
but I doubt it, because if bonuses become purchasable later on, then bonus loses meaning... although I'm heavily against these kind of things
