Need help, double garradors on hardcore w/o ammo

I'm completely stuck right now. First playthrough on hardcore difficulty and I have a magazine for my TMP and 3 shotgun shells, no crafting materials, no gunpowder and a single Green-Red Herb. Can anyone give me a tip on how to get past this room? Because I feel like I'm pretty much softlocked at this point

Not stuck for me, but I need the info : do the ganados infinitly respawn here ? If so, this is such BS . . . how are you suppose the get a clean shot to the garrador weak point when you have 3 - 4 ganados that keep respawning ?

I did this on hardcore as well, you're ammo sucks but a clip of TMP ammo is good enough to kill one big guy. Ring the bell and wait for them to charge it, knife one in the back so its parasite becomes exposed, then empty the TMP into its back. Should kill it or be near death depending on how many bullets landed.

At that point your best bet is to hope the loot in the room is good enough to replenish your ammo. You could also play the long game and bait the big guys into killing the adds. Don't worry about fighting the adds btw, they are fluff

Yes they infinitely spawn from what I can tell. Spent a solid 5 minutes alive and the dudes kept jumping down from the second floor.

If you parry one they instantly turn their back to you for another knife hit.
