How do you get this treasure in Chapter 11?

Looks like it's on the mine cart rail, but i'm already past both sections. Did i miss this somehow?

Anyone know? I'd like to know if i missed it for sure or not before moving on because i get the feeling i won't be able to return here.

You need to shoot a barrel before the merchant and the elevator. It's in the cave section and the passage is not shown before you blow the wall.
