Is the lasersight good or just a novelty item?

Is the lasersight worth the 10 Spinals.

Kinda. It always will tell you were the bullet is going but it is limited on meh pistols.

It makes aiming a lot easier (as in the bullet goes where the laser points) so it depends on how good you are aiming that awful crosshairs anyway. It also doesn't work on all guns, notably the Red9 and Blacktail can't use it. Only the Punisher, starting pistol and DLC gun can.

it makes it so you don't have to stand still for 10 seconds to get good accuracy.

It was the first thing I traded. It's worth it for accuracy.
