Can't transfer to different PC
I'm trying to transfer the game to a different PC using a external hard drive and it want's to re-download the entire game. Any advice?

google: Right-click the game and select Manage > Browse Local Files. Copy or move the game files from the previous location to the new installation folder (opened by pressing Browse Local Files). Once the files are moved, right-click the game in Steam and press Download again.

When I do this it wants me to re download the entire game. I usually have no issues transferring games over.
