Nevemind I found it its in "X:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\[SteamID]\65221663\2050650"

<Steam folder>/userdata/<your Steam user id>/2050650/remote/win64_save

2050650” is the game ID of RE4 Remake.

The Resident Evil 4 Remake save file location is

• Windows: Steam-Folder\userdata\USER-ID\2050650\remote\win64_save
  
• Linux: Steam-Folder/steamapps/compatdata/2050650/pfx

With the Steam folder by default for Windows located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam" and "~/.steam/steam" for Linux
