Chapter 2-1 Enemies dont' stop spawning
Seriously what is up with this?

I've died more in the start of this chapter than my entire previous play throughs of RE4 original. There are something like 30 Ganados that seems to spawn infinitely, or at least I keep getting to the point where I have no ammo or health left and they just keep spawning.

Is there something to this part of the game? Like a trigger that stops the spawns, it's honestly getting irritating and I've probably spent over an hour dying again and again on this one spot.

Could you be more specific as to the spot this is happening? There are a few points in the game with infinitely spawning enemies. Your supposed to use stealth and/or run through them or in the case of like the first village, your supposed to run inside a specific house, then hold them off for a specific amount of time. (Actually that happens later in the game as well.)

yeah i'm pretty sure they don't stop spawning until you open the gate after getting the thingy

Do you mean the bit with lots of wooden bridges above all suspended over an abyss? Because they do keep spawning for a bit but it's not infinite.
If it's that bit I found that going up that hill in the far left corner provided some breathing room by funneling the enemies down one path up the hill. There are lots of explosive barrels around to make use of too. And yeah ammo can be pretty hard to find, you have to keep moving and picking up ammo.
I'm glad the loot doesn't disappear over time now so there's no rush to grab it all.

Nah, they will stop spawning at some point. I can give you a hint: near your initial spawn is a small house with 1 window and locked door. Agro the mobs (especially ones with dynamites), get in the house, watch the dynamite show.

I completed this stage 2nd try cuz dynamite guys killed 90% of the mobs (and then they got close and killed themselfes as well lol) and also wasted 0 ammo (when mobs was getting through the window => 3 bolts => dead => repeat).

I was able to open the gate and run back to the spawn, the enemies are still spawning though. It's pretty insane I mean there are easily 30+ ganados at this point, I'll reload and try the house trick someone else mentioned.

The one they mentioned is in the beginning, this is a different spot. Had some trouble too, but there's an easy trick. Jump inside the small shack to the left of the platform you start on (find the window over the corner), it is a good killing spot.
If you don't break the lock on the door, they'll only will be able to come in through the window AND you'll also be safe from dynamite throwers.

So anywhere that stops enemies from coming at you from different directions works well. But even better is one where you have space to move back and an escape route.

the other "big" building is ♥♥♥♥, cuz enemies will come through door, hatch and window which is no-no, take the small building, don't open the door, hold the window, dynamite boys will do the rest.

I think capcom like to do crap like unkillable enemies, so because there is no one following you right now they did this
I've tried few runs and the best place I could find - turn left and jump through window. Don't break door's lock. There will be eventually a lot of people, which will be usually detonated by people with dynamite. So you just need to use your knife or handgun to keep them outside.
BTW if you buy boltcaster you could get your ammo back. So you could farm some ammo/points

I've just finished that bit, and I've found out that enemies actually spawn in "groups" as soon as you move to a certain point of the map. If you don't move around too much and deal with them bit by bit, you should be fine.

Also, I'm playing on standard so your situation may be different.

yeah that's exactly the same method I've mentioned above, works like a charm. But you can for sure complete this stage normally but you will be left with literally nothing.

I've died like 5 times there on hardcore. The dynamite throwers feel a bit excessive lol

Is there enough ammo in the game to kill them all?

Tell me about it! They went way overboard with the dynamite dudes, I was getting three sticks of dynamite thrown at me multiple times and their aim is pretty good so it was insta death.

I ended up running straight to the hexagon key then running straight to the crank to get back out. I died on this part like 10+ times before deciding to just speedrun it lol.

I made my way back to the merchant then went back again and cleared it after opening the gate.

I had only one ganado left and she threw her axe while I was crossing the bridge and it broke the bridge, nice...
