Pre-Order Bonus Charms Disappeared

My Pre-Order Bonus Charms, Handgun Ammo and Herb, both disappeared when I did the shooting range. I tried to delete them, then it shows that I can have up to 30 Charms, but when i re-download them, it shows 32.
However I can't find them anywhere, not in other cases or so. I got 6 charms from playing the mini-game, one was a double.

How do charms work? I bought the Deluxa and idk how to get charms. I've never seen them.

They are accessible at the typewriter in the customize attache case menu. Equip them to your case.

Weapon Charms can be equipped and swapped out via the Customise Case menu at any Typewriter

That sucks, at the first typewriter all the charm slots are empty. I don't think any of my DLC stuff is activated.

Are you sure than you have your dlc activated? You should be able to check them by going in the game properties and then DLC

Okay nevermind. I saw a thing that said you need to get to chapter 3 before charms are available? I have the DLC outfits but not the charms. I guess that's why.

You should have access to it from the first typewriter if it installed/activated properly. The part where charms become available naturally to earn in-game is Ch. 3.

For me charms were avalaible since chapter one, at the first typewritter.
Chapter 3 is just the first time you'll actually get your first "vanilla" charms if you don't have the dlcs

Damn, I guess my game is bugged or something. I don't have the charms or the gold case. Only the silver one.

Mine also disappeared on ps5 after a random point in chapter 3. I had them equipped and they're just gone.

My charms perk bonus are disappeared in Ch.2 -..-

I've had the same thing happen. I had them at the 1st typewriter but lost them after that. Perhaps the scripted event when you're items are taken but I can't be sure

Yup, I did some test and it definitely happens at the start of chapter 2 when you lose all your items. When you claim them back, your charms are gone

I suggest you to go to Capcom support and describe the issue. The more people we get the better. I did convince some people with the same problem, thanks! We might get a patch.
