Ich sage dir ehrlich, zu 80% ist das Geld nun weg.
Denn es ist schon echt verdächtig das die Paypal rausnahmen, zumal das die einzige Zahlungsmethode auf MMOGA war in der man Käuferschutz besaß, auch ist es sehr verdächtig das seit 1 Monat kein Support mehr auf MMOGA aktiv ist.

Still no key, no response from support.
Didn't know that mmoga had a downfall from THE legit keyseller to this... Last order from December worked perfect... Just ordered because of my lifetime patron discount. That's so sad.

Comments under mmoga posts on X also say nothing good... Just try to get your money back guys...

Same here. preordered KCD 2 on the 2nd of Feb. No key no response. Kinda wanna to buy it on steam but dont want to end up with 2 keys should they deliver....

I have now initiated the chargeback with my credit card company and purchased it regularly on Steam. Never again MMOGA!

I also preordered KCD 2 on MMOGA through Gampower but since I preordered, in my account it says that it will be shipped on 11. February. So it should arrive today. Don't know if it's different in your accounts.

I pre ordered KCD2 Gold Edition on September 9th 2024. Game itself was released beginning of February and it said on the MMOGA Order view website the "Deliverytime" would be February 11th 2025. I did not receive anything. I waited a week and wrote first mail to MMOGA "support" - no response, 2nd week, 2nd mail to support- no Response. After my 3 Support mail i reclaimed my money thru paypal cause my key still was not send to me. Now they send me an email, threaten me with debt collection and a Fee of 14€ on top to the Money from the game itself even they did not send me anything at all. I aint paying $#!t !
