I bought a 4090 specifically for this game

Resident Evil is my favorite game series, I even have multiple tattoos for it. I wanted to enjoy the game at the highest frames possible so it was a worthy investment to me

Hope it’s awesome for you too. How do you like it? I like the way it plays and some of the changes they made. As I’ve gotten older I’ve gotten worse at video games so I’m playing on assisted but will beat normal and hard in new game + lol

The farm at the beginning left my mind in pure awe of how streamlined it is, familiar yet new and the new threat that is there was completely out of nowhere, unexpected.

There is so much going on and so much more to take in yet it still feels like RE4, just 20 times better.

I still like getting the max amount of frames possible. My wife is playing next to me with a 3090 and I get better frames with ray tracing on so it’s worth it to me

Not when you can get similar results with lesser hardware. Games like Witcher 3 next gen or Cyberpunk on the other hand actually do require such power.

It is overkill as that GPU is really for work and sometimes games. But I hope you enjoy the game to the fullest at 4k 120fps max settings on a big ol' 50" OLED or one of those super-ultrawides.
