Alot of ghosting when i move my camera? how the hell do i fix this?

What the ♥♥♥♥ im getting motion sickness there's literally a trail of shadows when i move my camera rapidly, whats the graphics setting to fix this?

Motion blur, maybe FOV too

I have a big problem with motion sickness too somehow. But I can´t even tell why. Specially when I´m sprinting =( FoV is on max already.
