Yep. RTX 3070 here. Reduced settings down to use 6gb out of my 8gb VRAM and still crashing with D3D error. What in the world is going on....pretty unacceptable tbh.

Wait for a new driver from Nvidia.
Radeon is flawless. So not a game problem.

i updated to the newest drivers and i got the crash, turns out raytracing was set to high for me even though i never turned it on.

RT crashes the game both on normal and high.

Radeon, no issues. Well besides the AMD recorder stuttering the video, RT on though no crashes.

Seems to be an Nvidia issue with raytracing. Turn it off and it wont crash even at max settings.

Not true, I turned off ray tracing and it still crashes on my 3080 @ 1440p, had to drop some other settings to fix the issue
