Nope, for me it is the truth. I have zero performance issues with this game. I can't account for everyone and those having issues likely it is their hardware that's the problem. They should adjust their settings as their hardware can't support such settings - not the game's fault.
Probably a VRAM limitation. People exceeding their VRAM and then getting hit with a performance penalty. This game goes up to 17 GB VRAM at maximum settings 4K native without upscaling. They should scale it back and watch their VRAM usage.
Not the same thing as the equivalent would be like me saying I have been to Antartica dozens of times, and it was always a certain way and then some people interjecting that's not true or a lie as some people didn't have such an experience.
These are two very, very different statements.
