For ganados, aim at their head and/or ankle. When you don't have the laser sight, shooting at the head is relatively difficult, so focus on shooting their legs due to the legs being bigger target.
Once you get the laser sight, just keep shooting at their head, in HC, 3-5 shots are enough to kill them or stun them for a kick.
Once the plagas emerge, for claw type, shoot the fleshy part with the eye-looking thing, for the snake type, shoot when it opens its mouth.
The Plaga Mandibula "Worm" has its weakpoint INSIDE the mouth. Shoot it when it opens its mouth. Best to use a flash grenade when there are many around.
For Plaga Arana (Third type), shoot the Plaga itself until it detaches from the Ganado, else the ganado will need a lot of bullets to die.
If they are alone, my strategy is shoot them with a rifle or shotgun in the head to kill the host first, then use handgun on the spider.
If there are multiple of them with multiple ganados, throw a flashbang to kill all the spiders first, then shoot the ganados as normal.
Btw i'm very surprised by how tanky enemies are even when i'm shooting right to their head, it's my first time playing any resident evil game and i took hardcore mode
Also - i've no idea how am i supposed to aim for mouth of "worm", it moves rather quickly compared to "tenctales", i also don't use any grenades cause i'm selling them every time it's possible, after all i need a lot for money to upgrade my weapons
Its so good as an option in resource L crafting
It also aoe stun every ganado including shield units, which lead to easy melee to disable them.
One or two rifle round is enough to kill them, un-upgraded.
It even works against gigantes LOL, though I wonder if it works against Salazar, not tested.
Parry their attack and then knife to death when they are down.
Btw. thank you all for tips
