Report a translation problem
You can always get what you missed in another playthrough.
I really do search for stuff, then at some point feel it must be in a new area or something. I'm starting to get the impression if I can't go back, how did I miss it.
Also, always talk to the merchant... Merchants that are at the edge of a point of no return will tell you to make sure to wrap up any lose ends before proceeding. That will be your chance to go back and see what you missed.
If I miss some stuff, I'm sure it can't be much.
