How to unlock weapon upgrades for 4th and 5th lvl?
Stupid question but i did not find my answer in google, so - how am i suppose to unlock 4th and 5th lvl of upgrades for weapons? I'm in 4th chapter and i already "maxed" (upgraded everything to third lvl) my bolt thrower but i can't upgrade it any further

Progression locked. You have to get further in the game to unlock the higher upgrades.

When you get to the hedge maze part of the castle, the Merchant will comment stating he acquired better tools and can now upgrade weapons to level 4 and 5 of each category.
