The bullet delay for handgun does not make any sense
So i'm doing first shooting range challenge and why is there so big bullet delay for handgun? I was curious why i never managed to hit the last skull in 1-A shooting range and after watching some videos i understood that devs thought about adding some stupid handgun delay that makes no sense.
I thought that these challenges are supposed to be hard, but fair - but the last skull is much too hard to shoot, how can you even have bullet delay at such a short range?

What delay?
1-A is one of the easiest challenge yet.

Wait until you get to the TMP.

Just watch this video on slow motion (i'd recommend 0.25 speed) and you will see what i'm talking about

The las skull part is about 1:00-1:02

Well the delay does make sense. The bullet gotta travel from your gun to the target. It's not teleporting there.. but perhaps it should be faster. A 9mm is very very fast.

its realistic you have to learn to time it it does make sense

No, it does not. A 9mm round travels about 820 mph or 1320 km per hour. At the distance the shooting range is set at, it should feel instant.

It would make sense at distance like 100meters or more, here it makes no sense

It's a naff mechanic that adds nothing to the game.

I'm not seeing the thing here.

Do you mean the leading part or what? You should lead your shot, it's an useful technique for moving target.

Guy in video literally shoots a little left to the target instead of shooting the target directly, so that means that this game has "bullet travelling/delay" mechanic and it makes no sense when distance between you and target is so short

That is called target leading and accounting for moving target.

It is a technique used in IRL trap shooting. And no, bullet does not travel instanstaneous.

The delay here isn't the bullet travel time I believe. In my testing as I also noticed it on the exact same target and shooting range challenge its the delay on the gun, itself, to fire when you press mouse button. Its not a hardware issue for input, either. Its just an odd delay they have for shooting so you do need to lead on that and some other targets. Odd, yes.

Bullet does not travel instantly but i'm mopre than sure that at such a short distance it would take less than even 0,25 second
Target leading technique makes sense only when you're using gun with slow travel speed at long distance

Uh, that's wrong, D. Flame said something above but even that speed is not lightspeed. It is NOT instantaneous.
Here's a tip of RL rifleman trying to shoot moving target, even if that target is just 10m or 25m, you still have to lead:

Did you even watch the video before posting it? In the video you just linked, he literally says, "At this distance, I don't really need to lead the targets that much. I can pretty much just hold center of mass." Right around the 2:35 mark.

Uh, he said it himself.

So he does still lead the target, just not as aggressively because the target is not far and/or fast enough.

Never mind that his range is shorter than the ones in RE4make shooting range, and he uses a rifle with much more stability and comes with higher velocity than a pistol round.
