We need an alternate way of getting cat ears.

We have an alternate way of getting the handcannon, which everyone says is easy.
I ended up putting a 5 minute timer mod in for mercenaries and I still only managed to get A rank. This mode bugged me so much I almost game up there and then, but I sucked it up and put 10 minute mod in, which felt like a non stop onslaught that just wouldn't end. I got so frustrated with it, that I played 2 mins, paused and watched TV to take a break, 2 minutes more, pause, rinse repeat for all 3 maps. I officially despise mercenary mode now, but I did manage to just scrape the bare minimum of 3 x S ranks.

In games, I am never the type to charge in. I keep my distance, snipe what I can and let them come to me wherever I can. That is my game style, I will never change, so getting cat ears is impossible for me and anyone else who uses the same style. I am a thinker, not an adrenaline junkie.

you can use 2 mods to get S+ Pro easiest way is all weapon infinite ammo and early unlock shop or super change merchant and get cqbr assault rifle. you can beat the game in 3.30-3.40hrs

Then start the game in Professional, buy the Chicago typewriter and an exclusive card.

Done, you just break the game.

There's always one.

70+ hours and I have yet to die. Not even reloaded to avoid death.
i gave up PvP about 10 years ago as my reflexes were not good enough to keep up with the kids anymore, but they are more than good enough for this.

Also, I didn't mind modding Mercenaries as i don't like that mode anyway. I have x2 crafting for ammo on main game, but that is as far as I have needed to go.

There is a mod that gives the basic case the same effect as the cat ears, why not use that?

You can just play as hunk and easily S rank everything and absolutely delete mercenary. As long as you maintain 150 kill chain there is almost no way you can't get an S+.

If you're already at the points of using mods to give you advantage then just use cheat engine and get it out of the way. Find the number of your gun's ammo, lock in that number and you now have a infinite ammo gun that doesnt require any reload. If you think you're above that then just give yourself enough peseta to max out all the weapon at chapter 2 which basically is the equivalent of buy those DLC tickets.

Alternative you can unlock Chicago type writer and completely trivialize S+ Pro.

There are so many ways of gaining more advantage. You got the chicken hate which makes damage done to you basically the same as normal difficulty, Ashely armor will save you the headache of restarting in case she randomly gets hit and dies. Chicago type writer and handcannon are basically cheating weapon with infinite ammo as soon as you can get the coupon.

I enjoy the main game, so I am trying to mod as little as possible.
Once you start things like that, you can just go to the point where you can waltz through pro without breaking a sweat, which is breaking the game for me.

You shouldn't have to mod to get cat ears, there should be a doable way for the other style of gamers.

Getting cat ears is fine for you though. Its not a style issue here. Aiming for those S+ runs one valid tactic is heavily reducing engagement in combat and playing safer. You can do this by using shotguns to knock down targets (ex. water room rather than fully committing to killing just knock the ones down near you which is actually safer and more efficient as you run through), focusing on using a rifle like BAR (bolt action rifle) as a primary weapon, or use Chicago Sweeper with its infinite ammo perk if you really need.

The reality is the less you spend in pointless combat the easier it will be to get your S+.

I have only completed it twice. First run was 40 hours, but time lost as I didn't realise at first that time continued in your inventory. Second run 30 hours, and I was only collecting treasures and such close to me. Like skipping the Savage Mutt, which takes ages for just a gem.

Yet I need 5 hours 30. I will never do it.

I watched the start of that speed run where it was just under 2 hours. I only watched for 7 minutes, as when he glitched up the side of a mountain, I lost interest. I am not cheating/glitching my way.

My dude, using in game exploit is still less cheating than the mods you use. Alternatively you don't have to do any of the exploit and still beat the game in 4 hours if you just play better.

I have 1 mod for main campaign, x2 ammo crafting. There are plenty of streams and post regarding ammo issues, so x2 fixes that error by the devs. Exploiting is outright cheating.

There is a huge difference between fixing and cheating.

Also. Nothing wrong with how i play. As I said above, I have never died. That shows skill not lack of.
