i think you can do 1080p 60 with most settings low. fsr can also help alot. why not try the chainsaw demo

I tried and it ran basically fine, I got 60 to 45 fps.

Technically you could run the game of course, but I don't think that it's really worth it, just wait until you upgrade your hardware and then buy it with a discount.

I think so? But very close to minimum. However please read other replies I'm less familiar with AMD products than Intel/Nvidia. But I looked at minimum specs I think your above them.

ive played re 2 remake on a gpd win 2 with Intel Kaby Lake M3-7Y30 Dual Core & Intel HD Graphics 615 on the lowest setting with no problems.
this one is using the same engine so it will be playable in low settings on your rig
