You can also buy it from Humble Bundle, you get 10 to 20% off there if you have the Humble Choice sub.
I did so and I got the key immediately.
That's just 48$/€ about the same price of key store and you give a bit to charity and actually receive the Pre-Order stuff.

I pre-ordered from CDKeys back in December, when there was a promotion on, and tbf CDKeys can be hit and miss when it comes to delivery time. I've had some delivered 3-4 days before, although Resi games tend to be delivered well into release day, in my experience.

"The game will be unlocked at different times in different regions.

North America at 04.00 UTC
and Europe at 00.00 UTC March 24th.

We were advised to deliver the keys at 04.00 UTC by Capcom.
Currently we are trying to overturn this decision.

As far as we know, there is no preload. We hope to overturn the decision and receive the keys on the 23rd, before the launch and release the keys around release time. (but it is up to Capcom)

Pre order bonuses will be included regardless of the activation time of the key. If you pre ordered the game through our website, your pre order is registered and you will receive the pre order version of the game."
