I've never had a problem with CD Keys. The best part about them is that I don't have to pay taxes. Maybe they are built into to the price, but I paid $65 Cdn for the regular version, flat fee. Steam is charging $79.99 plus taxes. I get taxed on GMG games too, so I always go CD Keys for games I know I won't want to refund.
G2A has been good to me too, though on one occasion about 8 years ago, Steam removed a few games I bought from them, saying the keys were stolen, or something like that, this was after many weeks, if not months after the purchase. G2A refunded my money.
True. They aren't an official reseller. But their keys are 100% legit, just they buy them in mass from their official sources (in countries where the price is low - and this is legal, it's called market) and not stolen.
According to them yes, but you have to rely on their word on that, as they are not officially recognized by valve as an authorized 3rd party retailer. For sites like GMG that are authorized you know for certain that their source is legitimate.
