I'm looking at it on my PC right now and it says.... coming 23rd Mar, 2023 this game will unlock in approximately 1 day. This is inline with PS launch.

I see nothing you are mentioning on the steam page.

If you were going by everyother steam release it would be 10am PST when steam does their update.

there are 2 release times. one for europe, the other for the US. US is 4 hours behind

I get that, but he is saying that because it releases at a certain time in Europe, it's going to release at that same time in USA, which is not true.

sadly if you bought from cd key site they release the game 15 hours from now so instead of midnight we get it in the morning 5 hours later than the rest
