No. Look at the steam store page. 12 am ET, 11 pm CT, 10 pm MT, 9 pm PT
I see nothing you are mentioning on the steam page.
Here's what I got...
https://www.inverse.com/gaming/resident-evil-4-launch-time-download-size-pre-order-bonuses#:~:text=When%20Is%20the%20Resident%20Evil,hours%20ahead%20of%20Eastern%20time.
"Resident Evil 4 will be released for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on Friday, March 24, 2023. The blog PureXbox claims that the launch time is 12 a.m. midnight GMT, which is five hours ahead of Eastern time. Presumably, the game will launch at the stroke of midnight local time. While there’s no official confirmation from Capcom, if this is true than it could theoretically mean that Resident Evil 4 launches globally at 7 p.m. Eastern on Thursday, March 23, 2023."
that's just how it is.
If you were going by everyother steam release it would be 10am PST when steam does their update.
This threads countdown timer seems to agree with me, guess we'll find out soon enough.
Your source is bunk, my store page says it unlocks in 14 hours
I get that, but he is saying that because it releases at a certain time in Europe, it's going to release at that same time in USA, which is not true.
