For me it's down to 'Approximately 1 day', but I've been seeing some posts from Americans saying that it's still 1 and ~5 hours or something on their end

Ok, now you guys got me confused. Just do this: in exactly ONE HOUR from the time of this post, go to the steam store page of this game and tell me what the timer says. If it says less than a day or 23 hours, than the timer I created is in sync with yours time zone. Otherwise, just keep an eye on the steam store page bacause that's more reliable, regardless of your time zone.

Just to be clear: America as the continent, not just the USA. There are at least 4 time zones in USA and Brazil that I know of.

I guess the tickcounter timer is not so usefull anymore because the steam's store page timer already only counts the hours, so it's very clear when the game will be avaliable.

But it's good to know that the timer was correct since the beginning, so...

The tickcounter timer is universal. No matter where you live, you can know when you'll be able to play the game when it releases. It covers all countries.

Holy crap, someone else has this, I'm in The Bahamas and I've got it set to 8PM EST tmrw.... It shouldn't be like that should it?
And if there's preloading wouldn't that mean I could be able to do it now?

Maybe it's glitched. It may truly be midnight on the 24th.

By the way for those who don't know, The Bahamas is right next to Florida. They've got the same time zone, EST. So if this is influenced by area, that may be a clue???

I think this countdown is inaccurate. I checked the store page a few minutes ago and it says it plans to unlock in 19 (meaning 18 in a few minutes probably) hours. The countdown currently says 15 hours.

15h here as well, PSN is launching at 12am GMT -4 so this lines right up with that.
