Unlike most developers/publishers, Capcom actually respects it's release dates, don't expect every game to have an early release date for people who buy it before it comes out.

Digital releases including pre-order of video games have almost never break street date/release date unless otherwise stated. The only way for anyone to break the street date to play early is to either get hold of the console physical release or get exclusive early access from the game publisher themselves like those of game reviewers and content creators.

Thats a release not early access, because anyone purchasing it from that point on can play.
