Right? Creeps everywhere. You gotta wonder where the mods are.
Surely even people who liked it could come up with a myriad of more examples. I'm not one of the people that hated it, but it's so far the only re remake that hasn't replaced the old one. Just for sheer content's sake alone, it was more than twice as long, and nemesis was infinitely better, scarier, and featured a crap ton more in the original. It also didn't help that Mr x in the remake was closer to how the original nemesis worked than the one we got in the sequel. Nemesis going back to scripted only encounters is a perfect example of 3 remake feeling like a much lesser project in the shadow of it's remake predecessor.
P.s. they took the choices out as well (forgot the name they gamlve it). How can a remake from 20 years later feel more by the numbers than a game from the first ever 3d generation?
There's not, only reason Capcom had him, and valued him so much is so they seem progressive, MK 11's developer streams prior to the game release did the same.
All Im trying to say is they're using him for good boi points.
I never knew until this thread either, who actually not only pays attention to that, but also uses it as a reason to dislike their work.
Now on the other hand, it might be her "job", but at the end of the day publishers merely use influencers as FREE marketing. Very one sided and outright exploitative business practices I think.
It was demonstrably worse than the first one...
Also lets be honest here. Why in the world would you want the option to fail the game and have Carlos be the only survivor? We know Jill makes it. Having multiple endings makes no sense in a franchise now with a clear canon outcome. It's not Fallout, or something. Oh and I don't even remember any of the quick time choice stuff outside the first of fight Nemesis or run into the RPD. Guess that goes to show you how little it actually added for someone who's beaten these games at least 4-5 times each.
Did you forget separate ways required to buy the game again on another console to even be able to play it vs the original version?
dont tell them to get high on grass
its bad, mkay?
Your lacking memory proves nothing. They took out FAR more than that, hours worth of content. Entire sections and huge parts of the city. It was easily only half the game, and as a result way shorter, that's just math.
What split story stuff, it's all there except the machine gun and hip pouch choice. The game still has 4 unique playthroughs.
Different teams handled the games, and it shows.
Playing the demo for 10 minutes has sold me on the game already, couldn't care less about reviews.
