Resident evil 4 remake Cut content List

CUT CONTENT ROUND-UP:

Based on all the findings from streamers and early copies, the following content is not present in Resident Evil 4 Remake

- Trailer sequences of Ashley running through the Village alone at night.
- The U-3 Bossfight and area.
- No running from boulder sequences
- The Cable Cars are now merely scenery and not accessible
- Incendiary Grenades
- Island Laser Room
- Island Throne Room
- Verdugo #2 does not combine with Salazar and but is alive and absent for the rest of the game
- Separate Ways Campaign
- Assignment Ada Mode

lol yep, I see you point, anyway, the boulder sequences, and those annoying big dudes armor guys with axe, these out of this remake, are welcome .... at least to me, hehe

the rest, shame on Capcom taking out, but, since they kept all the rest, we had luck they cut only some minor stuff .... some old leaks were point for cut of Krauser, and even all the island or majority of it, so, its bad having content cut , but, at least, the best parts of the game are there, and curious to see what and how they improved that

they also tooked out throne room....where leon was siting on a throne like a king..

Not sure how I feel about this considering they have promised the game will be around the same length as the original. Which seems to indicate they have replaced those cut sections with something new. So if the something new is good then I'll be happy with that

I swear of god if they put u-3 and throne room, other cut content from the original game and put it in the seperate ways lol I am done because basically they gaved it to ada instead of leon

so i would say separate ways it would be in the best interest for capcom to release it for free of course if they make it paid dlc that will destroy everything re 4 remake has going for it.

they probably will give it to you for free if you bought the deluxe edition XD and it would be more messed up if you bought the deluxe and still have to pay for it...

The boulder will be missed. As frustrating as it was in the original PC pre-patch edition without lighting and random button assignment to find whatever button it was telling you to press near the end and it changes randomly as well. Spamming a button as fast as you can has turned out to be not that fun. It is not satisfying today.

I remember when RE3 Remake came out and some players did all sorts of mental gymnastics how better the remake was than the original because they got rid of the "bad" content.

With this logic I'm sure some people would be happy if Capcom just got rid of the mutated Krauser boss, because in the original you just stunlock him with the knife.

I think people are trashing the removed game modes/content just to justify spending £50 (idk how much it is in other countries) on this game. I wouldn't be surprised if they make a season pass for this game to include Separate Ways, extra mercenaries maps, 1st person mode, etc.

Cutscenes having the QTEs removed is an improvement. They asked themselves how could they improve cutscenes and getting rid of QTEs was the obvious answer. So it's a matter of perspective. Cutting something can improve something else in rare situations. The boulder segments are as annoying as the Canary Mary in Banjo Tooie.

This is a PSA to people. Don't be a Canary Mary/RE4 boulder defender. Those people get bullied in school and looked down upon by others.

I guess Capcom is done with referencing those Live Action RE movies with laser hallway, huh?

I can see them combining separate ways and separate ways into one bigger playable Ada campaign, to it as dlc. Also maybe with some added extra bits and adding some of the cut content to her perspective make it more unique.
