When will we get RE7 remake?

Safe to say that RE4 remake will sell 500 million units, which makes RE5 remake a lock. RE6 remake is obvious because it's Capcom's chance to re-make it into a GOOD game, and then RE7 remake will be next.

If we're thinking 2-3 years in between remakes, then RE7 remake could conceivably arrive around 2030-2031, at which point the original game will be THIRTEEN years old. Can you imagine playing an RE game with ugly 2017 graphics and such outdated controls?? No sir, give me that beautiful 2030 graphical fidelity and new 4th person camera option.

After that, obviously RE8 remake is next, one of the best RE games ever - it's probably already confirmed at Capcom internally. Am I getting ahead of myself?

I don't know the 2044 version has a resolution of 10k and the demo size is at least 1 TB, if the demo was longer than 10 minutes, I might consider downloading it.

Tetris only sold 520 million if you are counting literally every single version of it that's existed, not a singular game, so that doesn't really work.

The single best selling game of all time would be Minecraft with about 240 Million copies. So yeah, expecting this to double those numbers is insane. Not to mention that would also mean this singular game selling considerably more than every single other entry in the entire RE franchise all put together.
