So, you're not supposed to turn off TAA at all! I'm curious, why do you want to do it in the first place?
Use FSR2 quality mode and 1.25x or greater upscaling if TAA isn't your preferred AA solution.
Then use FSR2 with downsampling, or the DLAA mod.
TAA isn't even bad in this game, it was made with it in mind.
If by sharp you mean an unstable shimmering mess then sure. I don't understand you anti-AA people, never have, modern games look like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mess without AA.
