Ghosting on pc

Hello!
I think i'm not the only one who has this, but i'm yet to find someone who has found a fix.
Simple issue: green and purple ghosting (trails following objects when you move the camera or when things move), only in RE4, so i doubt it comes from my graphics card or screen, and it started happening about 75% into my first playtrough, so not from the start.
Changing the graphic settings didn't help.
Any idea?

Remove TAA and motion blur.

Already tried it (but just tried again just in case), sadly doesn't fix it (and makes it very ugly too) :/
