I always keep them in storage. Might want to use them later just for fun.

EDIT: In General, keep one gun per type, sell the rest.

store them. unless you have the luis charm there is no reason to sell them unless for that run you dont plan on playing that save file anymore. money shouldnt be a problem esp if you socket treasures correctly.

I sold the original Shotgun and Rifle back to the merchant. The rest of the weapons I picked up but do not use I store.

Sell. You can rebuy them anyway from the shop, and the selling price is 95% of the gun + upgrade cost as far as I remember.

So if you are doing an S+ run, you can upgrade the SR's damage for Village, then sell it for a Stingray as soon as you hit Castle and get most your money back. Same with pistols.
