All I can think of is the 'ballistics' line, which was just a line of dialogue, it's not 'censorship' not to include it - this is a different game with different dialogue, it's not like it was a one-to-one translation and they deliberately went out of the way to remove things. It was censored as much as 'your right hand comes off' was censored.
If it's the 'upskirting', you couldn't look up her skirt in the original either as far as I remember, it was just a funny dialogue line if she thought you were trying to (or simply looking up to check where she is before helping her down).
Censorship is removing things from something that already exists. This isn't the original game, this is an entirely different game that chooses what to borrow from the original or not.
Was the 'right hand comes off' line censored too? Was U3 and 'two paths' censored? This isn't what censorship means.
I don't have a clue about the nude mods, but if they're forcing their removal then sure that's censorship.
If you wanna argue RE4 remake is an entire different game or something, then that's for another time.
